We invite all participants and invited speakers to register for the gala dinner to be held at 8 pm on Thursday May 18th at the restaurant Aux Saveurs des Paradoux (14 rue des Paradoux, 31 000 Toulouse). Un apéritif (kir au vin de Gascogne ou jus de fruits ou soda) sera offert sur place, suivi du menu proposé ci-dessous : Starters Crispy langoustines with ginger Or White asparagus with pata negra ham Or Tartare of sea bass and green apples With a mixed salad Main Veal roast with chorizo and darphin potatoes Or Sea bream fillet with saffron sauce and mashed potatoes with olive oil Or Catfish with black rice and a citrus sauce Desserts Raspberry gratin with lemon sorbet Or Strawberry soup with red wine and mango sorbet Or Mascarpone foam with French almond cake + 1 bottle of wine for 4 persons Please email us at contact.jetou2017@gmail.com which starter, main dish and dessert you prefer.
